Anchor six stranded cotton

Anchor Stranded Cotton is composed of 6 easily separated strands of the world's best, top quality, long staple cotton, making it the ideal cross stitch thread. Any number of strands can be used within a design depending on the fabric to be embroidered or the result required. Individual colours can be 'blended' or combined to obtain a shading effect. Anchor thread is double mercerised to give exceptional sheen and is dyed with specially formulated environmentally friendly dyes to ensure the thread does not fade as a result of washing or light exposure.

Pack Size - 8m

The colour shown has been faithfully reproduced from a thread wrapped shade card, but it will appear slightly different to the actual thread colour on screen. This is because every computer monitor can be set to different levels of colour, brightness and contrast.

If exact colour matching is a priority you will need a thread wrapped shade card. We carry a shade card for every range, which can be viewed from the shade card section.
