Heavyweight Cold water soluble film

It is possible to embroider directly onto heavyweight soluble fabrics to create ‘Stitched Sculptures’.

We have introduced products such as Romeo and Soluheavy to take this process forward enabling artists and designers to cross the boundaries that previously constrained their creative talents.

Within this section are the heaviest weight soluble we supply. All are VERY similar in weight and dissolve time, working as well out of the hoop as in the hoop.

Use for lace, Jewellery, special effects, free motion or digitised designs, and suitable for all weights of thread. Heavyweight films can be over printed with your design using an inkjet printer (use a sheet of paper as a ‘carrier’ to support the film)

Heavyweight soluble film disappears best in luke warm water.
