Lutradur

Lutradur is a non woven polyester material. It looks very similar to a dressmakers interfacing, but has a unique, spun woven structure, making it see through. It comes in three different weights; the lighter the material, the easier it is to see through it.

It is a very versatile material. It doesn’t fray, has a slight sheen, is see through and can be combined with all other types of material. Lutradur can be painted, dyed, distressed with a soldering iron or heat gun, glued, stitched, embroidered, in fact there seems to be no limits to what you can do with Lutradur! It is also suitable for paper arts, such as making books, altered books, card making and postcards.
