Mighty Bright Craft Light
A super new product to hit the UK market by storm is this compact, battery powered, super bright portable Craft Light. Recently launched by Barnyarns at The Knitting & Stitching Show in Harrogate, Mighty Bright Craft Lights are here to stay and deservedly so.
We are concentrating on the uses for this light in the craft industry, because that’s what we do, but take a minute to think of all the other uses for this light. You may need a focused light source to light up your music on your music stand, you may need extra light when reading (in the car at night?) or for close up hobbies like stamp collecting or for night time map reading or just for fun, kids love them and it makes a fantastic stocking filler!
The full name for this light is the Mighty Bright Xtra Flex upper LED Craft Light and is available in 2 stunning colours, Silver & purple. The light itself is positioned on the end of a thin bendable arm that can be manipulated into the most amazing positions to direct the light beam more precisely with infinite beam positions. At the other end is a strong ‘bulldog’ type clip that will attach itself to practically anything it can get round.It’s so light weight, that as a craft light the XtraFlex can be used on an embroidery ring or canvas frame without fuss, producing quality light just where you need it. It can be used underneath the frame when working on dark fabrics to illuminate the stitches as you go. It can be used unobtrusively for sewing in the car or the plane.
The light has been designed so it can even stand on a flat surface to become a handy little task light or can clip on to yourself to shine on your project, you will not even notice it’s there.
Illumination is exceedingly smooth and very even due to a special lens that covers the single SUPER L.E.D. (light emitting diode) bulb, which is as bright as 3 regular L.E.D.s. This means that the beam is xtra-bright and xtra-compact at the same time. The amazing lamp runs on just 3 tiny AAA batteries, and yet it's SUPER L.E.D. consumes very little power, which yields xtra-long battery life (up to 30 continuous hours) and what’s more With the XtraFlex you will NEVER need to change the bulb! The SUPER L.E.D. lasts up to 100,000 hours. That's 3 hours of use every day for 90 years!
