Zweigart Waste Canvas Wht 14 HPI - 68 x 1m

Waste canvas is used by cross-stitchers wishing to place a cross stitch design on a fabric other that crossstitch fabric, for example a 'T' Shirt.

Waste canvas is held together with a water soluble glue rather than a strong permanent glue. When all of the cross stitches in a design are completed, the fibre of the waste canvas are moistened with water, dissolving the glue and allowing the individual strands of canvas to be gently pulling out from underneath the stitches.

A blue thread is woven every 10 stitches to help with counting.
