Coronavirus Update

13/01/20 Royal mail Have issue the following Statement and there may be delays in receving your packages :- 

'Royal Mail is working hard to deliver the most comprehensive and high quality service we can to all our customers, large and small. The combination of greatly increased uptake of online shopping, and the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, mean that all delivery companies are experiencing exceptionally high volumes.

Every single parcel and letter is important to us. Despite our best efforts and significant investment in extra resource, some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than our usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes we are seeing, exacerbated by the coronavirus-related measures we have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices to keep our people and customers safe. In such cases, we always work hard to get back to providing our usual level of service as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.'

05/01/20 With the new restrictions implemented yesterday by the goverment, I wanted to assure all our customers that Barnyarns will remain open for business. All necessary Covid measures have been implemented and our warehouse team is able to despatch orders safely.  Our support team will continue to work remotely and orders and queries can still be taken by phone.

15/12/20 We have been advised by Royal Mail that the volume of mail currently in the system is overwelming the system. Should you urgently require your package, please choose the first class option at checkout, which is an expedited tracked service.

14/12/20 We have been advised by Royal Mail that there are extended delays at our local sorting office in Leeds. This is causing disruptions and will cause a delay in the delivery of your order.  We are in constant contact with our Royal Mail account manager and are expecting the backlog to clear by the end of the week. Please allow a little extra time for delivery.

02/11/20 - Superior USA have advised of a despatch delay of 5 - 7 days from their warehouse.  This may impact your orders.  We are working closely with Superior as the main UK distributor to ensure goods are received as quickly as possible

02/11/20 Delays at the Leeds sorting office are continuing
