Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days*.

*There are exceptions through busy periods. You can expect us to process and dispatch your order in 1-5 working days unless you upgrade and choose Express Delivery or Next Day Delivery.  All delivery times are based on this estimated dispatch window plus the chosen service's transit time.

We are based in the United Kingdom, and our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

If you require your goods quickly or by a specific date, please ensure you choose the appropriate delivery method at checkout. Postage rates are calculated at checkout based on your basket total and delivery location.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (5–8 Working Days)

All orders placed using our standard service are processed and dispatched within 1-4 working days and typically arrive within 2-3 working days from dispatch on a tracked Royal Mail Service.

This means in busy periods, it could take 4-10 working days to receive your order.

Express Delivery (1–3 Working Days)

Need your order faster? Select Express Delivery for order process within 1 working day and 1–2 working days transit time from dispatch. 

These orders are given processing priority & you will be contacted if there are any order issues.

Next Day Delivery (1 Working Day)

Our Fastest method? Select Next Day Delivery for order process within 1 working day and 1 working day* transit time from dispatch. *This varies based on courier (We use DPD Local or Royal Mail Special Delivery)

These orders are given processing priority & if there are any issues with stock availability, a member of our team will contact you within a few hours. 

For guaranteed next working day delivery:

  • Order must be placed before 12pm (midday).
  • This service is subject to stock availability.
  • Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
  • A signature may be required on delivery.

Important Information

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot refund undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses unless the parcel is returned to us. Outbound shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund.
  • Delivery charges are based on the discounted subtotal of goods in your basket.
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays are not counted as working days.

UK Mainland Delivery Methods

RM Second Class Tracked (Royal Mail 48)

  • Delivery in 3–5 business days after processing period of 1-5 working days (non-tracked for orders under £50; tracked for orders over £50).
  • May be delivered to a neighbour or local sorting office if you are unavailable.

RM First Class (Royal Mail 24) – Express Delivery

  • Delivery in 1–3 business days after processing period of 1-2 working days (tracked for all orders).
  • Priority processing for faster dispatch.

Next Day Courier

  • Delivery in 1 working day, if ordered before 12pm.
  • Tracked service with signature required or delivery to a safe place.

Free Shipping – Orders Over £50

  • Delivery in 3–5 business days via cost-effective service (usually Royal Mail 48 Tracked).
  • Dispatch may be slightly delayed during peak times but will always be delivered within the stated timeframe.

Standard Courier – Free Over £100

  • Delivery in 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery Charge: £8.65 (if under £100).
  • May require a signature or be left in a safe place.

UK Islands, Northern Ireland & Highlands

Royal Mail will deliver small packets at standard UK Mainland rates (max 1kg/61cm). Larger orders may incur a courier surcharge for remote areas.

IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, BT, IM, TR21–25

Channel Islands

  • Royal Mail available for small parcels (max 1kg/61cm).
  • Courier service available for larger orders.
  • Delivery within 2–4 business days.

Europe

We ship across Europe using Royal Mail for small parcels and couriers for larger orders (over 2kg). Delivery costs are shown at checkout once you enter your country.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • All overseas deliveries are sent on a tracked or signed-for service where available.
  • If shipping outside the EU, you can shop tax-free.
