We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal details are collected solely to process and deliver your order. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. with delivery providers).

4. Contract of Sale
By placing an order with Barnyarns, you are making an offer to purchase goods under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer at our discretion.
A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email or dispatch your goods.
5. Product Availability & Substitution
All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer:
- A suitable alternative
- A revised delivery time
- A full refund
We are not liable for any additional loss or inconvenience caused by stock unavailability.
6. Pricing & VAT
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, tax adjustments, or typographical errors.
If there is a pricing error after your order is placed, we will contact you with the corrected price and the option to proceed or cancel.
7. Payment & Ownership
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We do not offer credit facilities.
You will own the goods once full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days, delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays or external circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery or attempted delivery to your provided address.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We will arrange for return and either:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund, including any delivery charges paid
Failure to report within 7 days may invalidate your claim.
10. Returns & Refunds
You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We do not accept returns for:
- Fabric cut to order
- Thread that has been unwound or removed from its packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. needles, adhesives, scissors) once unsealed
Return postage for unwanted items is at your expense. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, we will cover return postage.

11. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or goods supplied, except in cases of proven negligence or breach of statutory duty.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
