Returns Policy

Thank you for ordering from Barnyarns where your business is very much appreciated.

Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, there are times when you may need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and as easy as possible to exchange or refund your purchase. This page tells you all you need to know, please note your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. If a product is incorrectly despatched or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

For refunds you just need to make sure all items to be returned are in a saleable condition with the packaging intact and not ripped. 

We will process any refund back to whichever payment method you used when placing your order. If your order had multiple payment methods, such as Paypal & Loyalty points, we will refund back to both Paypal & Loyalty points, exactly as the order.

When returning goods it is best to use a signed for service, so you can assure yourself the returned goods have been received back to our offices. It is also very important that you put a note inside the package advising us of your reason for return, name, address, order number and also a contact telephone number. We ask you to do this so that we are able to ensure you receive the correct refund.

Delivery Costs

Faulty items or incorrectly dispatched items will be replaced or refunded in full at our expense. If the received goods are unwanted, then we ask you to please return them to us via the best possible postage method at your expense, where a full refund will be given on receipt, less the cost of the original postage to you.
